1. While our clients have enjoyed lots of success with ranking on Google and social media verification we cannot guarantee either of these as they are both out of our control. Therefore we cannot guarantee that you will be verified on social media, and we cannot guarantee that your articles or website will appear on the first page of Google for your name, brand name, or any other search term.
2. We cannot guarantee you leads or sales, and the amount of traffic you receive from our articles will vary.
3. News sites will remove older articles to keep their sites fresh. Most publications will stay live for 24 months, but a few outlets like Fox and NCN only guarantee three months.
4. This website is not a part of Yahoo Finance, MSN.com, Business Insider, Street Insider, AsiaOne, FOX, Digital Journal, Benzinga, Google, or any other news company mentioned on our website.
5. The materials on The Business Gazette’s website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. The Business Gazette makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Services

The services we offer as part of our plans and packages are as follows:

Writing

Our team will research your brand and write a press release article based on the links and information you provide us when placing your order. This article will meet the minimum word count for your chosen plan or package and will contain link(s) to the website you provided. We will always send you the article to review and request changes before we publish it.

Publishing

Our team will publish the article you approve (or send us) on a minimum of 200 websites.

If an article cannot be published, you will have the option of receiving a refund, or have the opportunity to rewrite the article, or request our team rewrite it if your order included our writing service.

Once an article is published, there is no way for us to change it. We assume no liability for any inaccuracies in the publications caused by any party, including us, the individual news sites, our publication partners, and our clients. We cannot be held responsible for any damages the publications may cause.

Removal

Please contact us to remove publications. We charge $200 and typically take one week to remove all the publications. We can only remove the entire list of publications for an order, not just a specific publication.

Trust Badge

The Trust Badge is offered for free as an add-on to all our orders. We do not own or officially license any news logo. Official licenses can be purchased outside of The Business Gazette. Please keep this in mind if you would like to use the Trust Badge and include news logos on your website.

Limitations

In no event shall The Business Gazette or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services on The Business Gazette’s website, even if The Business Gazette or a The Business Gazette authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on The Business Gazette’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The Business Gazette does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current.
