Crown Sydney’s a’Mare is about to host an exploration of Italian delicacies with their lengthy lunch sequence throughout April, June and July.
a’Mare’s Alessandro Pavoni can be joined by Giovanni Pilu (Pilu at Freshwater), Lucio Galletto (ex-Lucio’s), and Armando Percuoco (ex-Buon Riccordo) throughout the three lunches.
The menu will give attention to every Italian chef’s origins, with Pilu specializing in Sardinia, Galletto on Liguria, and Percuoco on Naples.
“I’m excited to be partnering with the cooks who’ve formed Italian eating in
Sydney for over 4 many years,” says Pavoni.
“Lucio and Armando had been each on the helm of Sydney establishments when their eating places had been in operation, so it’s particular to get them again within the kitchen for diners to once more get pleasure from their cooking. I couldn’t consider a greater place to be working with them and Giovanni than the kitchen at a’Mare.”
The Italian Maestro’s Lengthy Lunch Collection will happen on 30 April, 4 June and 30 July.
