Crown Sydney’s a’Mare is about to host an exploration of Italian delicacies with their lengthy lunch sequence throughout April, June and July.
a’Mare’s Alessandro Pavoni can be joined by Giovanni Pilu (Pilu at Freshwater), Lucio Galletto (ex-Lucio’s), and Armando Percuoco (ex-Buon Riccordo) throughout the three lunches.
